Is Iggy Pop Vegan?

Iggy Pop follows a strict vegan/macrobiotic diet when he’s not performing. He became a vegetarian in the late 1990s, and went vegan in 2001. In an interview with PETA, he said “I don’t eat any red meat, poultry, fish, or eggs. I do eat some dairy products and I wear leather because there’s no good alternative for that.” He also noted that “A vegan diet is probably the healthiest way to live… it’s good for you physically and emotionally.”

Iggy Pop Daily Diet

Iggy Pop is mostly vegan, but he does enjoy the occasional piece of meat. He has a very healthy diet and stays fit by eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, as well as smaller amounts of whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds. Iggy Pop also drinks plenty of water and gets regular exercise.

He believes that a balanced diet is key to maintaining good health, both physically and mentally. That’s why he avoids processed foods and instead opts for fresh, whole ingredients whenever possible.

In fact, Iggy Pop is a big fan of breakfast, and he has some pretty unusual (but healthy) choices. For example, he loves to eat oatmeal with raisins and honey, or eggs with avocado and toast. He’s also said that he’s a big fan of smoothies, especially ones made with kale, banana, and peanut butter.

It’s no secret that Iggy Pop is a foodie – he loves to cook and eat good food. In fact, some of his favorite activities are eating out with friends and family, trying new restaurants, and cooking up a storm in his own kitchen. So when we were asked what he would like to have for lunch, the answer was pretty easy – anything goes!

He could go for one of his favorite dishes – like a big bowl of pasta with meat sauce – or maybe something a little more exotic, like sushi or Thai curry. But no matter what he chooses, we know it will be delicious!

Iggy Pop is a rock legend, and I’m sure he would be a fascinating dinner companion. His music has inspired generations of musicians and fans alike, and his life story is full of interesting anecdotes and insights.

If I were to have the opportunity to have dinner with Iggy Pop, I would ask him about his creative process, how he deals with stage fright, and his thoughts on aging. I would also be sure to ask for stories about his wild days in the music industry!

Iggy Pop Daily Routine

It’s not that I don’t like taking showers in the morning; it’s just more convenient for me to do so when my schedule permits. If there are moisturizers available, then of course they will be put into use but as long as we’re talking about treating his skin with something like leather polish (which might actually make sense), then nothing really changes from one day-to another either way!

When I get down to music, the boom boxes are everywhere and they all have different songs on them. Some of my best work has come out when things seem wonky; there’s something about just letting yourself go that makes great art happen!

After a day of work, dinner with friends or going out to make some new connections is an opportunity for me to take my mind off things. The last thing I want after all that hard-earned relaxation time in front of a computer screen? Pressure from society on how “ Wrong” it was that someone wore clothing outside what they are used to…

I finish off by doing another 15 minutes of exercise before dressing up nicely depending if it’s casual attire at home but more formal wear when heading out!

He gets up early, has only one significant indulgence in the evenings – wine with dinner. If he’s touring then Pre Show ritual takes eight or nine hours long because Pop doesn’t talk to anybody about anything before his show starts; three full lengths of really deep breathing sessions where you lie on your floor for 30 minutes doing something called wu chi breath training which helps energize me but not make my head spin too much so that when its time go onstage all these things are prepped inside out & upside down just waiting patiently until their moment comes around again…
